1-2-1 spaces with Jamie Colston for grounding, reflection, and meaningful change

1-to-1 Work

Space for you to land, reflect, and move again

From May 2025, Jamie Colston is offering one-to-one sessions for those seeking presence, perspective, and companionship in the messiness of modern life.

This is work for people navigating change, uncertainty, polarities in the systems, or simply a sense that something in life, work, or relationships is calling for deeper attention.

Jamie brings over 15 years of experience in facilitation, systemic constellations, participatory process design, rites of passage, community-building, mentoring young people, and working with grief, joy and the wider body of emotional expression. He’s also a long-time single parent to two neurodivergent children, and knows what it means to keep going while holding many strands at once.

You might be seeking…

  • A new perspective on something that feels stuck

  • A grounded, body-aware way to make a difficult decision

  • A space to explore grief or change with care and presence

  • Support in your work as a facilitator, leader, coach or carer

  • Company in untangling something systemic—personal, ancestral, organisational or ecological

Together, we’ll slow down. Listen for stories and patterns. We might map the system through constellations. We might create a small ritual or practice awareness of contact with challenges through a wider lens of resting into ecological support, or creative practice.. We’ll find what’s needed for you.

This is not a programme. It’s not a fix. This is a space for honest, generative listening and conversation, informed by years of practice and a deep trust in the living intelligent field around and between us.

Sessions are online or in-person (Bath), and can be one-off or ongoing.

If it feels right to begin something together then please use the calendly below to book a session. If you want to sign up to a year long journey together, I will send an invoice and bank details or stripe link.
