Systemic constellations workshop for men
Where Are All the Men?
In the worlds of systemic constellations, healing, and change-making, men are often underrepresented. While many find their way into therapy, men’s groups, or personal development spaces, fewer step into collective inquiry about masculinity, lineage, and power. This work asks: Where do we stand in the system of men? And what becomes possible when we explore that question together?
Jamie Colston and Alastair Kidd are experienced facilitators using systemic constellations to invite men into deeper conversations about identity, legacy, and responsibility. This is a space to meet both the brilliance and the burdens in our ancestral lines, and to begin imagining a more connected, accountable, and life-affirming way of being in the world—as men, and as part of something greater.
About
Why This Work?
Where are the men in systemic spaces?
This is an invitation to explore masculinity not just personally, but systemically—through lineage, land, power, pain, and possibility.
What We’re Exploring
What does it mean to stand in the system of men?
How do we relate to masculinity beyond ourselves?
What burdens and brilliance live in our lineages?
Our Approach
We use Systemic Constellations to explore:
Masculinity as it lives in our bodies and histories
The shadows and light of patriarchal systems
New ways of seeing ourselves and each other
Who Is This For?
Men who are:
Seeking meaning beyond individual healing
Ready to inquire into lineage, leadership, and legacy
Open to collective responsibility and new perspectives
Why Now?
We believe men need more spaces of collective inquiry.
This is a call to soften into responsibility, to listen deeply, and to meet both the monsters and the wisdom in our lines.
Where We're Headed
These initial circles are a starting point.
Our longer vision includes inclusive spaces where all genders and identities can illuminate systemic patterns together.
